The best advice that was given was by my 6th grade teacher. She told me to always look for the bathroom before asking where it is. This is, of course, a metaphor. When she told the class this she was trying to explain that you should try to figure it out on your own before going to ask people. From what I can remember I was never really given any bad advice.
I think the best piece of advice anyone’s given me is to stop worrying so much, relax, and enjoy life. I think this piece of advice really helps me because sometimes I tend to overthink stuff and worry too much and that affects the other things that I do. I don’t really think I have been given bad advice before besides the ones that are just jokes.
The best advice I have ever been given is to never let other people bring you down and always be yourself. I think that this advice is great advice because it tells me to never let other people get in my way of doing what I want to do. I have been given some bad advice. The bad advice I have been given is that you should always do stuff at the last minute!
I have been given some great advice by this girl, from my elementary school. All the girls in my class would go to her for advice. The advice that she gave me was “just forget about it”. There's a meaning behind it, that i won’t say. My old best friend also gave me some advice that was horrible! She is very BAD at giving advice, that’s why i don’t ask i don’t ask her for advice!
You might have realized it by now but you said "i don't ask" twice, ha ha funny mistake. Still good blog I like how the one with the good advice is a student, there is some faith in society.
The best advice I’ve ever gotten was actually out of a quote. “The quote was; “Be yourself because everyone else is taken.” Oscar Wilde I think everyone should take this advice because it’s true! Don’t try to be someone else. You are your own person and don’t let anyone change that. You are the best person you can possibly be!!! This quote inspires me so much!
The best piece of advice given to me: don't create a problem that wasn't even there in the first place. I overthink a lot which causes a lot of stress. When told me this I stoped overthinking and was much more relaxed.I always come to her for advice and it really helps. I was given once bad advice from a classmate she told me: Just do it last minute i never asked her for advice ever again.
the best piece of advice given to me was to keep your mind set to what the thing that you are doing.I think that this is a good piece of advice because if you focus on to many things at wonce than you wont work properly.A bad piece of advice that was given to me was by one of my friends who said that studying all at once before a test was good because you wont forget what you studied for.
I think the best advice someone has ever given me is to always look for the good in the bad. To me it means that even if something horribly wrong happened, you should always look for the good in it. Even if it’s extremely frustrating or annoying, always try to be positive about it, or find positivity within it. I don’t think i’ve ever gotten bad advice.
I think the best advice someone has ever given to me is... "if you think you are going to fail, then at least try because you never know if your efforts are right till you try them". I'm not sure who told that to me and they might have said it more inspirational than I did but I think that is about what they said. I think the worst advice I've ever been given is "the less you study, the less you know. The less you know, the less you forget, the less you forget the more you know". It basically means the less you study the more you know, that does not make any sense but it is kind of funny.
the first advice is good but the second one is funny, which one should I consider... I'm kidding obviously the one about less studying is better because now I don't have as much stress on my shoulders.
The best advice I've been given is to never give up! My mom always tells me to not give up because things can only get better and you can inspire someone. Things only get better when you try your best and Never Give Up. You can inspire someone because you never know who is watching. If you try your hardest you can inspire others to do their best.
Amazing Advice! But I Always don't comprehent into my mind that, so I Procrastinate until I just alright quit which is a quality which should not be in someone.
The best advice I was ever given was to be yourself. When you are yourself you get to have friends who share the same interests as you but if you're not yourself then you will make friends with people who are friends with someone else not you and you don't have as much fun. Many people have given me bad advice, mostly one thing: Don't trust this person. I used to trust people that would tell me not to trust others mostly because they want all my attention to themselves and I would listen to them but now I realize those friends aren't true friends and I stop believing them.
The Best Advice I Have Ever Been Given is... Do your Homework. The Most Common Advice to children(maybe).Do Your Homework Means something very important, to just to your homework don't stall to the extent that you'll have to put aside a weekend doing homework. This Is one thing I don't know how to do. And For Bad advice, By one of my teachers " don't be yourself , never be yourself." That Quote Can Go both Ways, It Might Mean To Do Something that will change who you are but for the better, Or mean that you have a personality which needs to change.
The best piece of advice given to me was to never give up and keep on trying. My parents always tell me to never give up and keep on going till the end. I think that's a great piece of advice, since if you fail something you could still try again and prove yourself wrong. When you are yourself you get to have friends who share the same things that you like.
Some of the best advice I have ever gotten was, that my "Action creates opportunity". To me this is very important advice because to me it means that if I try hard enough and I push to achieve my goals, I can do many important things. (Example): If i'm playing soccer and I give it my all, I can become the best of my ability and I could potentially play for a better known soccer club in the future. If I keep on trying, I could do incredible things when I'm older.
The best advice I've ever gotten was " Learn to accept compliments and gifts, and just learn so say thank you". My mom told me this when I was younger. It means that you just learn how to say thank you, because when someone gives you a compliment you don't have to feel guilty to say thank you. There are times in your life when being modest is not appreciated. A simple thank you goes a long way.
When I was about 9 years old, after having already gone through various medical issues, such as two operations, being told I was blind in one eye, having worn a face mask to correct my jaw, I was asking my mom if I was a bad boy and that is why God was punishing me. At that moment, my mom gave me the best advice. She told me that, “God does not punish and to always trust and have faith that everything, good or bad, happens for a reason, though I may not understand why at the time”. She also told me that I was to never question “why me?” because “why not me and why someone else?”. I now understand that bad things sometimes happen to good people, to make them stronger or maybe to stop something worse from happening or maybe for some reason that we will never even know. The other advice my mom has given me is that before I do something that I am unsure of I should always ask myself, “what would she tell me to do?”. Funny enough, her voice in my head has never steered me wrong so far and I don’t believe it ever will. Although, I am still young, I already know not to go to just anyone for advice and for that reason I believe I have not yet been given any bad advice. #goodadvice #alwayslistentomom
The best piece of advice i’ve ever been given is from my mom. It was when she told me to always stay confident. I’m sure you’ve noticed from every time Mr. Katz would go through the attendance that i’m a pretty confident person and that is completely because of my mom. My confidence comes solely from my mom. If it weren’t for her I’d probably be a shy kid who just sits in the corner. She used to always tell me that my mistakes happen for a reason and that they don’t mean anything to the course of my life and i truly do believe her. My confidence is one of the only things that i take very seriously because o used to be that shy girl, it took me awhile to learn.
The best piece of advice I've ever got was from my dada and it was never give up ,I remember the day he told me that it was my championship game for the hockey lac saint louis cup and we were getting tired and miserable but when I was à the bench my dad told me never give up fight for it til the end and sure enough the next shift I was drop dead sick and i came out from the corner of the boards and skated to the net a player on the other team tripped me am in those 5seconds I shot and scored .so from that day on I always no matter what never give up .#fight
My mother has always told me since a young age that I should not be lazy. This has helped my health and my contribution to the family. First of all, it has helped my health because when I’m sitting down for a long period of time, I think about what my mom has told me. When I think of that, I think that I should be doing something more active like going to play outside which is what I will do in that situation. This helps my contribution to the family because ever since my mom constantly tells me to not be lazy, I will help around the house much more, by doing something like the dishes. I was never given bad advice because I don’t ask for advice.
The best piece of advice I've ever received was from my parents. They always told me to look at my own life. Don't look at how other people are living their life. As long as you are happy don't worry about how the other people are dressing, doing their work how how extra they are being. I've always stuck with that advice till this day.
