I like carnivals… haven’t experienced much of them but for the most part I like em! This summer, I went to one of the biggest carnivals ever. There’s this holiday called “dekapendavgousto” meaning the 15th of august, where you celebrate stuff like….umm…..I should know this. Well, for most people it is a 4 day weekend to PARTY! No joke. There’s a place called Lagonisi outside of Athens on the beach, where the carnival stretched 5 whole beaches. Twenty kilometers of food, shops, bars, food, wait did I say food, right and of course the beach! You prepare shifts with you your friends, family, etc. We had started at 10, because you NEED the sleep and finish at 3-4 in the morning then back at it again in the morning / afternoon! Oh and make sure you eat nothing for about 5 days before the festival… lol
I don’t really go to too many carnivals, unless you count amusement parks, I’ll count them so I can write more than at least 60 words. I’ve been to quite a few amusement parks, I went to a lot when I was a kid and I still go, it’s mostly my uncle who takes me because he has a lot of free time. I usually go to a certain one in the Granby Zoo with my uncle, we go there every summer and I sometimes bring a friend. My uncles super generous and nice so he always get me a souvenir and a super sized slushy drink. I think my best carnival memory is when me and my friend were on a pirate ship rides, the ones that swing really high back and forth, and I swear we almost fell off and puked, I know it sounds bad but it was actually really funny and cool that gave it gave me my biggest adrenaline rush.
I never remember going to a carnival, but I asked my mom and she said I did go to a carnival. My mom told me that I liked the carnival such as; the rides and the Ferris wheel. I don't know what else to talk about because I don't remember ever going to any carnival in the at all. I did like carnival week so far though. #Thank you Kanye, very cool!
I don’t remember going to a carnival but they seem like a lot of fun! Unless you count some of the rides in amusement parks since there is a Ferris wheel and other carnival themed activities. So my funniest memory from going to an amusement park “carnival” was when I was younger and I was on a pony next to my sister and then she just started yelling like it was a roller coaster that she was half scared an half exited about.
I don't really enjoy carnivals for two reasons. They Are Making You Lose At Things and It's Expensive. School Carnivals are a bit different but not that fun. A Carnival Memory I have is when I was playing GIANT connect four I beat everyone who challenged me. Amusement parks are expensive too and they get skilled people to make games uncommon to win.
I like going to carnivals, because they are a lot of fun. I love all the food and activities at carnivals! They have amusing activities and they have a variety of different foods. I used to have thousands of carnivals at my elementary school, one was pie in the face. I got to put pie in one of my teachers faces. Another good memory was in 5th grade, my whole class wasted like 70 water bottles by throwing all the water at each other, after a bbq.
i rarely go to carnivals because i honestly find them boring eventually once you do everything there is nothing left to do so i just get bored since i dont go often i dont really have any memories or things like that so ill tell you what i dislike all the mess i would say and do u know how expensive that is each game cost 5 dollars per person
I don’t go to many carnivals, but from what I remember I think I enjoy carnivals. What I like about carnivals is that they’re always super exciting. You can always have fun at carnivals. What I dislike about carnivals is that everything you do or everywhere you go, there are always super long lines. My favorite carnival memory is when my friend and I went to the Winter carnival at Parc Jean-Drapeau with my siblings. We went tubing and sledding and had lots of hot chocolate.
I don't really go to carnivals. I usually play carnival games at LaRonde when I go and I enjoy them a lot. Carnivals are really fun. The thing I dislike about them is that the games are usually rigged. My best carnival memory was my dad winning a big spider man stuffed animal for my brother and a big scooby-doo stuffed animal for me. The worst memory was repeatedly losing that water gun game to my mom when I was younger.
The only carnival like thing I’ve been to is kirkland day, and a port I visited when I was in LA last summer. It was a really cool experience. My favourite thing was this busker who was there, if you didn’t know busking is basically playing or doing something while trying to earn money. He was on the more open part of the port playing this instrument that I had never seen before. The music that he was playing was absolutely stunning, I stood there for about 20 minutes or to the point where my parents were yelling at me to leave.
For me I love going to carnivals. I love the fact that we miss school and in general the funnest of playing. My worst experience was went i was in grade 4 or 3. So it was winter and it was carnival. We had a turf field at our old school and all of the snow was really compressed with ice under it. We were playing a game that we learnt in phys. ed called yoshi. When i was trying to get to the other side, a kid flipped me over and my head hit the floor and then I got a concussion.
I have never been to a carnival and i dont know why because they would be fun but they seem very cool. I am super excited to go to the saint thomas high school carnival. I have seen what will be in the carnival this year and it seems really cool. This is all I have to say about carnivals, thank you.
Personally, I love going to carnivals. We get to miss school, I will have tons of fun and lastly, everyone will have a great time. I have to admit, I once had a really bad experience with carnivals once... When I was in Grade 5, we had a summer carnival. We were playing this game where we had to choose a partner. Somebody was given the role to lie down o their back and place an empty bottle on their forehead. The other person had to fill a cup and pour the water (very carefully) into the empty bottle on the other person's head. So the bad part was that I was the person lying down with the bottle on my head. When my partner had to pour the water into the bottle, she accidentally sneezed while doing it and she got it all over my face. :(
Personally, I love carnivals. I find that they are really fun to go to because of all of the activities. Every summer, at the park across my street, they have a carnival. It's really pleasant for me because I go with all my friends. Carnivals always have so many activities to do. My absolute favourite activity though is the bungee jump. I haven't had any bad experiences so far and I'm not planning to either. Carnivals are the best!!
I’m not a big fan of carnivals. I like certain acts like the horse riders. I hate the clowns and those guys on stilts. They really creep me out. The last carnival I went to was when I was 7. It was really busy. I remember crying because a clown came up to me and offered me a balloon. I don’t know why I was so scared but I still avoid carnivals.
I really appreciate carnavals since there are usually so many fun activities. The school carnavals are fun because you can be with your friends and have fun with them. However a carnival like the Calgary stampede or the Quebec winter carnival are better than school carnivals since they have lots of delicious food. My best experience at a carnival was when my class put a bunch of water on my teacher and she got very mad.
I have been to the carnivals, that they set up in mall parking lots, during the summer, many times. I usually go with my younger cousins. They are a lot of fun, although not as much fun as going to the real amusement parks. I love the rides, the games and the food. It can get pretty expensive though because you need to buy tickets to get on the rides or to play the games, like the ring toss, smacking the groundhog with a hammer or shooting the ducks. My worst memory, at a carnival, occurred when I was much younger. We had just eaten a lot of junk food like hotdogs, cotton candy, popcorn, etc. and we decided to go onto a ride that went round and round, had sudden drops and went extremely fast. At one point, the ride was suspended at the top before dropping again, when I got really dizzy, nauseous and I threw up everywhere. I was so embarrassed and still felt really sick, so we had to leave. #summercarnivals

ReplyDeleteHow Should I put this... Why do they do this and sleep isn't necessary.
